We’re really excited to introduce to you our latest string in our beer bow! The new IPA is the fifth beer in our craft range, and has been brewed with strong and distinctive flavours in mind. Brewery Director Lewis Parkes says “the beer industry is changing. People want a quality product that is extremely palatable and strong in flavour which is great for us because that’s what we’re all about”.
Lewis spent weeks perfecting the flavour before sister (and Brewery Director) Hollie and the team then set to work producing it. The result is a craft beer that has been powerfully dry hopped with Cascade, Cardinal and Celia whole hop cones to provide a rich, mouth filling malt blend, with bursts of hops and floral aromas of lemon, lime and pineapple.
“This is the first in a series of limited edition beers we plan to produce throughout the year. Our customers are always looking for something new to offer their own trade so it’s important for us that we can deliver what they want. We have big plans to grow the business. We’ve had a lot of success in recent times but there’s still plenty of room for further expansion”.
