How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items ordered before 2pm by the next working day. All orders are sent using a next working day delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 – 2 working days after dispatch.

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above timelines however during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Delivery notifications

We will email you when your beer is dispatched by us and our courier will email you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

If you provide a mobile number when you checkout, our courier will also send you a text message on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

Order tracking

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive another email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your beer delivery on the courier’s website

If you provide a mobile number when you checkout, the courier will send an SMS message on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

Manage your delivery

We have teamed up with the best UK couriers to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible which is both fast and flexible.

If we miss you on the first delivery attempt, we will try again the next working day. Alternatively, you can visit the courier’s website and easily re-arrange your delivery to something which suits you better. You can choose from the following options for your convenience:

  • Collect from depot
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Request a different delivery day

Please contact us to arrange all returns.

You may return any un-wanted and complete cases / packs of sealed beer within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, inclusive of postage paid. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods unless the item is faulty, received in error or not as described. Red Rock Brewery strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage when returning an item.

In the unlikely event that your beer is received damaged in transit, received in error or not as described, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will put it right.

If you wish to return unwanted beer for a refund but are unable to arrange for return it yourself, we can arrange for collection from the delivery address at a cost of £25 per order. This will be deducted from the refund for your returned items.

You must include a completed copy of our returns form with a reason for return to help us process your return as efficiently as possible. Please enclose the completed returns form with the beer and package it securely in the original packaging if possible. We will provide an exchange or refund as requested.

Beers should be returned to us as complete cases / packs within 30 days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit so we recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
