Lighthouse
An easy going, soft and refreshing light golden ale. Using our blend of Cascade, Eureka, Goldings and Northern Brewer hops means this light session IPA has a beautifully balanced citrus palate, decadent floral aromas and a subtle finish. A very quaffable beer!
Botanical IPA
Rich yet light malty start with an aromatic nose of Elderflowers with pops of citrus and sweet malts. Creamy mouth feel, which lead through a complexity of sweet, citrus and floral notes finishing with smooth satisfying aftertaste.
2021
MIAMI WEISS
Our American Wheat Beer took Gold, along with 4 other Red Rock brews. Miami Weiss is a fruity & spicy, naturally hazy delicious wheat beer.
PILSNER
Our multiple gold award winner strikes again! Brewed to perfection using the finest lager malts, along with wheat malts and rolled barley to give that truly authentic continental Pilsner flavour.
TASTY WAVES
Soft, juicy, tropical fruit taste with a pungent hoppy aroma and smooth aftertaste with minimal bitterness.
CAPSTAN
Red Rock Capstan is a full flavoured, full strength winter brew – rich, robust and malty to start.
BACK BEACH
A light session pale ale using a blend of Goldings, Eureka and Northern Brewer hops which give a wonderful floral nose with a crisp, clean taste and a slightly dry finish on the palate.
2018
HONEY SLOW
Our new improved honey slow beer was awarded Gold. This pale beer is made using local honey from the Haldon Honey Company, giving it a sweet floral flavour. We’re extremely proud of it.
2017
Another fantastic year for us! We’ve just been awarded another two SIBA awards. Another gold for our Craft Pilsner and our original Slow beer picked up a silver.
Craft Pilsner
Our craft Pilsner took Gold. Brewed to perfection using the finest lager malts along with wheat malts and rolled barley to give that truly continental flavour.
Original Slow Beer
Our original Slow beer won a Silver SIBA award this year. A rich, full bodied dark wheat beer. Slightly sweet palate with a subtle hop aroma.
2016
What a great year! Two of our beers one from each of our new ranges won SIBA awards.
Craft Pilsner
Our craft Pilsner took Gold in the Small Pack Lagers Category. Brewed to perfection using the finest lager malts along with wheat malts and rolled barley to give that truly continental flavour.
Elderflower IPA
Our Elderflower IPA won a Silver SIBA award in the Speciality Beers category. This IPA has a crisp, sweet and aromatic start with a hint of Elderflower which leads to a subtle bitter finish.
