Original History Page

The brewery was started in 2006 by two teachers
who shared an overwhelming interest in beer.

Luckily one of them had a lifelong fascination with home brewing
and (more importantly) a son, Lewis, who has had lots of brewing experience!

He also had a friend, Geoff, who is a farmer with spaces in barns.

This is how the barn looked when Geoff agreed to allow
it be used for the brewery.

Not too bad from a distance

This is our front door!    This is looking down from our 'mezzanine' floor

And looking up from the production area     There is a slightly concerning piece of roof   But look at the view!
